The following services are included in the package:

• Establishing the job descriptions together with your HR department
• Defining a structured profile of the respective position
• Desk research and identification of candidates in Germany and Eastern Europe
• Obtaining and evaluating application documents
• Conducting interviews with qualified applicants in their home countries
• Preparation of an evaluation incl. recommendation of each candidate
• Organizing the candidate’s journey to your facility on the agreed upon date for the job interview
• Presenting selected, eligible applicants in Germany (accompanied by our project manager)
• Consultation during negotiations and conclusion of contract
• Support in the obtaining of residence permit, work permit and licence
• Consultation and support of the new staff member during their probationary period
